I suffered from a herniated disk last summer and went to a chiropractor for a while for adjustments that were short-term relief but didn’t help more than that. I decided to go to a PT clinic to get X-rays and have a specialist look at an MRI. They suggested that I go to physical therapy, which I did for about 3 months and felt pretty good but still felt off. I then aggravated the disc again and felt like I was out of options. After that, I started researching the best chiropractors in the Indy area and Crossroads Brain & Spine was the first place to pop up, so I started doing my research and ultimately decided to take the consultation. Dr. Lea was unlike any chiropractor/doctor I had spoken with about my spine. He was incredibly thorough in explaining what was wrong with my X-rays, and how spinal decompression could help. I made the decision to follow through with the treatment, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. In just 8 treatments, I feel better than at any point with my past chiropractor or physical therapy experience. I would recommend Dr. Lea to anyone, in which I have already had another acquaintance visit with him and is enjoying their treatment as well. It is a life-changing experience, and I could not be happier with the results, especially this early on.

Dr. Lea has helped immensely with headaches. His upper cervical care has helped stabilize my very flexible neck, decreasing my need for nerve blocks and improving my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Lea and Crossroads Brain and Spine.

I have deliberately waited for several months to post a review for Crossroads Brain and Spine, Dr. Lea, and his staff. Not until I felt certain I was giving an accurate and honest opinion was I going to post a review that might affect other people, especially those searching pain relief generated by their spine. Before signing up with Crossroads, I was seeking relief from neck and shoulder pain because over the last several years my ability to work, and sleep, has been worsening. After trying every possible alternative, including chiropractic and acupuncture, I finally turned to the Internet and saw Crossroads. I visited the website and then made an appointment. From there it’s been a downhill ride. Dr. Lea performed a thorough examination which revealed the exact reasons for my discomfort. Personally, the commitment to drive up north from the far southside for treatment was a consideration, but it’s one I ultimately decided on. I am beyond pleased that I did. To say my pain has subsided is a gross understatement. There has been a definitive positive change in my overall health since starting my treatment plan. I expect I will stay connected with CB&S for my overall well-being as I move into my late seventies and beyond. I am a proactive person, not a reactive one. I will say, my only regret is that I didn’t find Dr. Lea’s practice sooner. However, I am under his care now and will continue to seek his expert advice. Plus, I cannot brag enough about his upbeat, friendly staff. They are the best! Now that I’ve written my review, I wish I could give CB&S more stars than Google allows. Since I can’t, I’ll post 10 stars here. I highly recommend Dr. Lea, his staff, and services.

Mi experiencia con el doctor Michael Lea y sus asistentes fue lo mejor que podría haberme pasado , ellos fueron profesionales y sobre todo muy eficaces en ayudarme con un dolor con el cual llevaba más de dos décadas en mi espalda , tenía problemas para caminar y problemas de ciática , incluso perdí peso por el cual llevaba tratando de bajar por años , lo más importante que he dejado de usar antiinflamatorios y pastillas para el dolor, su terapia de comprensión ha sido muy eficaz . Realmente estoy muy agradecida con ellos.

What benefits have I received from Dr. Lea and decompression? Wonderful benefits!! No more headaches, no neck pain on a daily basis, no more irritability from those things. I am a nurse so I am extremely picky about providers. I would give 5 more stars if I could. It is SO worth your time and money. My last treatment was 3 weeks ago, and I have graduated to a maintenance treatment plan as I DO NOT want to lose my progress. Living with pain is not something you have to accept! I am so happy I did this for myself and my family!! I would confidently say I am 90% better than I was in Jan of this year. And will only continue to make progress on my maintenance plan. I have visited Crossroads Brain & Spine for spinal decompression and upper cervical care since July 2022. I was having significant discomfort walking, standing, sciatica nerve pain, numbness running down my left leg and I needed some real help. It was tough for me to work, I was limited to walking with my wife and grand kids to only One mile per day. By November 2022 and still to this day, June 2023, Dr. Lea’s care has been great. I have my quality of life back to work, to travel, stand, attend meetings, games, and long walks, easily 3-5 miles per day. I am not experiencing any pain or numbness down my legs. Thank you Dr. Lea.
