Jen
Clinical Assistant
Jen brings an extensive background in healthcare to Crossroads Brain & Spine, along with a perspective that few healthcare professionals have—she has experienced the patient journey herself.
Before joining our team, Jen built a successful career as a Radiologic Technologist, working closely with physicians and patients to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging. Her years of experience in medical imaging, patient care, and clinical excellence make her an invaluable member of our treatment team.
Her role includes:
- Administering non-surgical spinal decompression therapy
- Assisting with Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy
- Providing Non-Invasive Regenerative Therapy (OmniWave)
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey with compassion, precision, and encouragement
What truly sets Jen apart is that she first came to Crossroads Brain & Spine as a patient.
After being unable to work for more than two years because of her own spine condition, Jen came to our office searching for answers. As she progressed through treatment and experienced remarkable improvement, she realized she wanted to help others experience the same hope and healing she had found.
Rather than simply returning to healthcare, Jen chose to join the very team that helped change her life.
Today, Jen combines her extensive clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist with the empathy of someone who understands firsthand what many of our patients are going through. She knows that every treatment represents more than just another appointment—it’s an opportunity to help someone reclaim their health, independence, and quality of life.
We’re honored to have Jen as part of the Crossroads Brain & Spine family, where her clinical expertise and personal journey make her an exceptional advocate for every patient she serves.
