As both a strategic leader and hands-on integrator, she ensures that every part of the practice—from scheduling and patient flow to compliance, finances, and team development—runs with clarity, efficiency, and integrity.

Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator
Hannah is the welcoming face and voice of Crossroads Brain & Spine, helping ensure every patient has a smooth and positive experience from the moment they contact our office.
She manages patient scheduling, check-in, appointment coordination, and front-office operations, keeping each visit organized and seamless.
Whether welcoming a new patient or supporting someone throughout their treatment journey, Hannah’s goal is simple: make every patient feel informed, comfortable, and cared for.

Lead Clinical Assistant, X-Ray Technician & Certified Shockwave Therapist
Nichole is a trusted member of the Crossroads Brain & Spine clinical team, helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their care.
Working closely with Dr. Lea, she provides X-ray imaging, DRX-9000 spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, and Non-Invasive Regenerative Therapy (OmniWave).
As a Certified Shockwave Therapist, Nichole brings specialized expertise to our non-surgical treatment protocols. Her attention to detail, compassion, and steady presence help patients feel confident at every stage of their treatment journey.

Jen
Clinical Assistant
Jen brings years of healthcare experience and a unique perspective to Crossroads Brain & Spine—she was a patient before becoming a member of our team.
A former Radiologic Technologist, Jen has extensive experience in medical imaging, clinical care, and working directly with patients and physicians. At Crossroads, she provides non-surgical spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, and Non-Invasive Regenerative Therapy (OmniWave).
After a spine condition left her unable to work for more than two years, Jen came to Crossroads searching for answers. Her experience and recovery inspired her to join the team that helped her get back to doing what she loves.
Today, Jen combines her clinical expertise with firsthand understanding of what our patients are going through, bringing compassion, encouragement, and exceptional care to every visit.
Grace
Clinical Assistant
Grace is an integral part of the patient care team at Crossroads Brain & Spine, bringing compassion, enthusiasm, and a strong interest in healthcare to every patient interaction.
An Indiana University biology student, Grace has a strong foundation in physiology and biochemistry with a special interest in caring for patients with spine conditions.
At Crossroads, Grace assists with DRX-9000 spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, patient support, and treatment coordination. She is committed to making every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their treatment journey
